Operations Manager

Lindsay has been with Jungle House since February of 2021 and is our proud operations manager. Lindsay has three daughters; Dumpy, a white's tree frog (and an absolute diva), Biscuit , a cat who weighs approximately 7lbs more than she should & Crumb (the wild child kitty.) 

Shop Manager

You know Josh best for geeking out over terrariums, hyping up ficus, and loving a good repotting project. In his free time, Josh is a musician, a father, and enjoys collecting bonsai and building his cacti collection.

Marketing Manager

In her free time, Jess loves spending time outdoors and trying new restaurants around town. She also has two cats named Bader and Freddy! She loves collecting Philodendrons and other fun plants.

Living design and Ecom manager

Griffin started working at Jungle House in 2021. A south Louisiana native, in her free time Griffin enjoys thrifting, gardening, and hiding from the Kansas cold under her heated blanket. She puts her art degree to good use and can usually be found with a tool in her hand building or fixing something in the shop. Ask her about her Italian greyhound, Zola.

Warehouse Manager

Jon keeps the warehouse in order, receiving deliveries and managing inventory. If you're lucky, you might even see him driving the Jungle Van!

Watering Queen

When she isn’t watering the shop plants, Tiana spends her time taking care of her own plants and working on print ideas (as she is a printmaker)! She’s been with Jungle House since 2023 and loves collecting tradescantias and plants that remind her of her hometown of Hilo on the Big Island of Hawai’i.

Creative handiwork & soil dude

Phil can be found at the nearby greenhouse doing planty things like mixing soil, making stylized plants for the shop, or watering thirsty plants.

Tori is a plant collector and animal enthusiast with a jungle of plants, cats, frogs, tarantulas, snakes and other insects at home. She has been working at Jungle House since 2021, surrounded by the plants and people she loves most!

Quinn loves Pothos and anything variegated. When she isn’t hanging out at the shop, she’s hanging out with her bunny, Phyllis. She is also just finished her degree in ASL and Deaf Studies at KU. Go Hawks!

A lover of the strange and exciting, Jes likes to collect euphorbias and cacti. They fill their free time with painting and drawing as well as spending time with their family (spouse and two grandma pomeranians!) Jes has been at Jungle House since 2023 and is always looking for new things to learn.

Claire spends most of her time working as an academic advisor and first-year instructor at KU and has been with Jungle House since 2023. She loves colorful philodendrons and is in a long term, toxic relationship with her fiddle leaf fig.

If you don't find Hadley at the shop, she’s probably spoiling her silver lab, Daisy May, or at KU finishing up her degree in psychology. Hadley’s favorite plants are the pink princess and white knight philodendrons because of their beautiful variegation. She loves seeing how plants bring beauty and calm into a space, and she brings that same balance to everything she does.
